You can download the Learn to Swim Log application from Appstore for iPad or Google Play store for Android tablet. If you are using the tablet near or in the pool we advise you to protect the tablet with water-proof cover.

How much does the Learn to swim service cost?

How long is the contract period?

The service is invoiced on monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.

I forgot to pay the invoice. What do I do?

Don´t worry. Your account will be re-activated as soon as we receive your payment. Terms of use for overdue payments applies.

What is the difference between technical support and customer support?

Customer support handles everything related to your package upgrades and orders. Technical support deals with possible service errors and outages.
